Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated to Open Korea Branch Office
ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 28, 2005--Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (NYSE: RGA) announced today that it has received branch license approval from South Korea's Financial Service Committee. The RGA Reinsurance Company Korea Branch Office will commence full operation on April 1, 2005.
Korea is the seventh-largest life insurance market in the world and the second-largest in Asia.
